Ask a questionDo I need a visa to move to Georgia?
Citizens of many countries — including the EU, UK, US, Canada and much of Asia and the Middle East — can enter visa-free and stay up to a year. Others can apply for an e-visa. We check your passport's rules first, then plan a residence permit if you want to stay longer.
Can I do this without coming to Tbilisi?
Many steps — company registration, document preparation and some filings — can be done remotely with a notarised and apostilled power of attorney. Banks and some permit steps usually need you in person; we schedule these so your trip is as short as possible.
How long does a residence permit take?
Standard processing at the Public Service Hall is around 30 days, with faster options for an extra state fee. Preparing documents properly beforehand is what makes the difference — and that's our job.
What does the 1% Small Business status mean?
Individual Entrepreneurs in eligible activities can apply for Small Business status and pay 1% tax on turnover, up to an annual limit of GEL 500,000. Some professions are excluded — we confirm eligibility before you register.
How much do your services cost?
We quote a fixed fee per service or package after your free consultation. Government fees, notary and translation costs are listed separately and passed on at cost — you'll see every line before you agree.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Russian and Georgian. We also arrange sworn translations for documents in other languages.
